Yassin Ismail Ramadhan is an Engineer and Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in telecommunications. He holds a BSc Engineering (Makerere University) and an MBA (Edinburgh Business School). He has led cross-functional delivery across Network, Legal, Procurement & Logistics, Finance, Capital Projects, and Business Risk Management, managing international vendors and regulators to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality. As a board member at Luuka Plastics Ltd, he brings deep expertise in data analysis, vendor management , demand forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting for rhe organisation.
