Usaama Bulimbo is an accomplished engineering and business leader who has been an integral part of Luuka Plastics Limited since 2007, bringing more than 15 years of progressive experience and leadership to the organization. Combining a strong technical foundation with strategic business acumen, he holds a BSc in Engineering from Makerere University and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.

Having joined Luuka Plastics at ground level, Usaama has developed a deep, hands-on understanding of the company’s operations, culture, and strategic objectives. His career trajectory reflects a consistent record of excellence, versatility, and progressive leadership. He began his tenure with a focus on production processes and maintenance, where he developed a keen eye for operational efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement.
His technical expertise and leadership potential led to his appointment as Technical Director, where he was responsible for overseeing critical infrastructure and engineering strategies. In his current role as General Manager, he is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and overall business performance.
