He is recognized for his ability to build and transform IT functions from the ground up, developing technology strategies, governance frameworks, cybersecurity capabilities, enterprise systems, and high-performing teams that align technology with business objectives. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives spanning ERP modernization, cloud transformation, infrastructure and systems integration, cybersecurity and risk management, business process automation, and digital innovation.

Reuben combines strong technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling him to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with Distinction, a First-Class Honours Degree in Information Technology & Computing complimented with internationally recognized professional certifications including ITIL® 4 Foundation, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
