Caroline Kiiza

Caroline Kiiza is a High Court Advocate and governance professional with over 20 years of experience in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, legal advisory, and regulatory compliance across the banking, financial services, manufacturing, and association sectors. She currently serves as Company Secretary and Legal & Compliance Manager at Luuka Plastics Ltd. She is recognised for building legal and compliance functions from the ground up and for advising boards and executive management on statutory and regulatory compliance, contract drafting, litigation management, and risk and AML/CFT matters.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, and an MBA from Unicaf University, complemented by extensive certification in corporate governance and risk management. She is a member of the Uganda Law Society, the East Africa Law Society, and the Institute of Corporate Governance Uganda.
