MOSES Kibumba

Mr. Moses Kibumba is a seasoned Tax Consultant with more than 25 years of professional experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Makerere University, Kampala, and a Diploma in Tax Administration from the Uganda Management Institute. Widely recognized for his expertise in tax audit management, Mr. Kibumba has developed deep specialization across several key sectors, including telecommunications, petroleum, and financial institutions. He has also designed and delivered a range of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes spanning various areas of tax administration in Rwanda and Burundi. As Chairman of the Board Audit Committee and a member of the Board Risk Committee, Mr. Kibumba provides valuable oversight and strategic governance guidance, drawing on his extensive experience to strengthen the organisation’s risk management and accountability frameworks.
