Ms Flavia Mbabazi Nabaasa is an accomplished marketing professional with a Master’s degree in Marketing from Makerere University Business School and over 20 years of progressive experience in leadership roles across major companies including Coca-Cola and MTN. Her career trajectory shows significant growth from Management Trainee at BAT Uganda to senior executive positions including Sales Director and Business Development & Commercialization Director at Coca-Cola, where she currently serves as Head of Business Process Transformation-Commercial.
Ms Flavia Mbabazi Nabaasa comes on Board as a Non-Executive Director with demonstrated expertise in building strong teams while driving business growth, strategic business planning, organizational development, innovation management, and business transformation.
