Moses Ssesanga is a seasoned HR executive and business continuity consultant with over two decades of leadership experience spanning the media, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors. He has held senior roles including Head of Human Resources at Nation Media Group Uganda and Director of Human Resources at Uganda Breweries Limited, where he led organizational transformation, talent strategy, and culture change. As a board member at Luuka Plastics Limited and lead consultant in business continuity planning, he advises executive teams on governance, human capital risk, and operational resilience. His expertise covers strategic HR management, executive coaching, change management, and board-level advisory, underpinned by his certification as a Thomas International HR Practitioner. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Social Administration, both from Makerere University.
