As Executive Director Luuka Plastics Ltd, Mr. Mugeere holds a BA in Information Technology from Kyambogo University Kampala and an ACCA affiliate with MAT-ABACUS Business School. He holds over 15 years of experience in operations and production in the manufacturing/packaging sector. As a dedicated leader, he has risen through the ranks from production trainee to Executive Director and has overseen the growth and expansion of the company into a national & regional brand.
