Musa Mugeere is the Executive Director of Luuka Plastics Ltd, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operations and long-term growth. He has risen through the ranks in the company, from Production Trainee in 2001 through the roles of Production In-charge, Operations Manager and General Manager before his appointment as Executive Director in 2017. A qualified accountant (ACCA) and holder of a Bachelor of Information Technology and Computing from Kyambogo University, he combines strong financial acumen with deep operational and technical expertise. As Executive Director, he translates the board’s vision into actionable plans, safeguards the company’s financial viability, and ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and I.S.O. standards. Widely respected for his integrity, professionalism and commitment, Musa serves as the company’s primary spokesperson and continues to position the business for sustained success across the region.
